After the DJI makes an orthodox high/low on a daily trend basis, which it did this morning 10,721, it will re-test making an expanded flat to exceed the extreme.  A rule of thumb that I use is to allow .25% beyond the orthodox high to stop me out.  This is 27 points plus 10,721 = 10,748.  Let's make it 10,751 to avoid round numbers.
