There is a 5 up and I'm buying 3% SSO at 49.13, which is near the 48.98 4th wave bottom.
The high 30-minute M/A for SP futures is 1273.50 which is the minimum threshold for a buy confirmation. 

The 5 up is clear on the SPX chart.
