Bought 2% SDS 34.95 bringing it up to 4% capital.
I1 will guarantee that the stock market will not engage in an extended rally in a technically oversold condition at intermediate-term critical support (DJI 9800). In the current environment not rallying is proof positive that trader psychology is negative. Until SPX breaks 1070 there is no proof of trending to the downside.
