8/7 I1 Long-Term Signal

The I1 long-term indicator "Time Elevations" issues a sell signal on the same day as the raw I1 peak.  This gives further weight to the I1 peak as defining a lasting top. While not designed to provide pin-point accuracy this series is used to verify if an I1 signal will generate lasting market reaction.
