Babu If you see times off of the 10-minute then those are actual times I post. Otherwise I'll be working on a 10-minute post and might be a minute late. Otherwise there may be delays in the Google Blogger server, depending on traffic. When I make an important decision I'll post the time accurately.
i dont know if I'm the only one, but there seems to be a lag between posting time and the time it actually shows up, a few minute lag.
