The 5-minute, 380-unit EMA was not broken by 1.35% on the downside so therefore is not resistance on the upside.
I bought 2% SSO at 36.61 on the 10-minute M/A confirmation. The final resistance is 30-minute M/A +.5% on a 30-minute close which works out to 1105 to be really sure.
